Our Private Chef is for hire to prepare your meals, in your home or in a designated place of your choosing, for you and your family. This may be for a birthday or family reunion or just a night with the family. Call us to discuss the details.
Basic Cooking Course
Offering basic cooking course in small group of no more than 5 at a time
Knife skills: how to use a knife safely and effectively
Food safety: how to handle, prepare, and store food to reduce the risk of food borne illnesses
Personal hygiene: how to maintain good hygiene in the kitchen
Cooking methods: basic cooking methods, such as searing and braising
Meal prep: how to prepare meals
Recipe preparation: how to read and understand recipes
Preparing soups and sauces
Cutting onions
Salting while cooking
Vinaigrette
Roasting vegetables
Creating a sear
Deglazing a pan to make a sauce
Basics, cooking skills can be learned and 3 to 6 months depending on the customers learning paste at $45 per hour
